irg construction

New Division: The contract with Lockheed-Martin in New York City since 2006 is to provided six senior level positions. This includes Project Managers, physical and electronic security consultants, designers, engineers, and CAD drafters on one of their major construction projects. That contract provided IRG with the impetus to continue to investigate the growing construction field. From March of 2007, the company has interviewed various construction experts in the areas of both the major services as well as the building trades.

Recently IRG has contracted Mr. Hector Machorro and Ray Ditmeyer to assist in developing a Construction Division. Mr. Machorro is a graduate of one of Mexico’s prestigious architectural and engineering schools and has over 10 years of direct project management experience here in the United States and over 5 years of construction management experience in Mexico.

Mr. Machorro brings his direct construction management experience and the experience of his crew of skilled craftsmen. Together this team has managed and provided construction services in completing multiple projects.

Examples of Completed Projects:
General Contracting

As a general contractor, we maintain a "hands-on" approach by utilizing our capability to self-perform construction services. This ability ensures our client the highest possible standards of quality and on-time completion at the most competitive price.

Our experienced construction team of project managers, estimators, field supervisors and craftsmen are dedicated to providing the client with complete satisfaction.

No matter what the size of a general contracting project, we are ready to honor the commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Our work has ranged from Design/ Build, General Contracting to Subcontracting for the following types of projects:

Residential:
We specialize in new construction and renovation of high-end properties, specifically custom homes. We have established a reputation for attention to detail, skilled craftsmanship and great customer service. Our work is particularly acclaimed for its high levels of quality control, time- lines and project management. We are proud to have in our staff excellent carpenters, tile setters, painters and site managers. The firm's strength lies in its highly skilled team of craftsmen. Delivering full-time site management, our tradesmen and chosen sub-contractors are able to deliver exceptional levels of quality. Often our commitment to servicing clients lasts well after their projects are completed. The company has developed and maintained long-standing relationships with leading architects and interior designers. Possessing an inherent understanding of the fundamentals of architecture, our staff is able to help foster a closer team relationship between the designer, client and builder.

Commercial:
Our construction knowledge spans from remodeling to the new construction of commercial projects; Offices, Medical, Retail, and Restaurants. Our turnkey capabilities include site and building design, development and construction.

Government:
Working on a government project requires strong ethics, a full understanding of procedure, protocol, and the ability to work on high-profile projects. Understanding that the client is ultimately the taxpayer funding the project, we want to demonstrate the skill and integrity needed to build public buildings that enhance communities.
