  • The site is an 11 acre campus with a private road entrance
  • Building area is 130,000 square ft, Courtyard area is 70,000 square ft. with the Total Buildable area of 200,000 total square feet of 3 foot raised floor which will yield 400 Watts per/sq/ft.
  • The campus is Compartmentalized into (6) phases in 18,000 square ft. increments
  • iT Server Center is a 2N Data Center
  • The Data Center meets the guidelines of TIA 942 Tier 3/Tier 4, DCID 69, UL 2050 standards & Uptime Institute Tier 4
  • iT Server is served by two power substations Beau Meade/Dulles Greenway (currently we are being fed by dual 39.5 KVA feeds from the Beau Meade Substation all the way down to the dual corded server at IT Server Center.
  • An Inert gas fire suppression system has been installed in our immediately available Phase I
  • Utility power is available to satisfy the client's needs up to 39.5 MVA at final ramp.
  • iT Server has 5 Existing multiple conduit underground fiber entrances to the building.
  • Fiber Providers include: Fibergate, MCI, Verizon, Qwest, ATT, Xpedius / Espire, Looking Glass, MFN / AboveNet.
  • Redundant copper and fiber available from 2 Verizon central offices Sterling Park and Herndon.
